PARKING AND PET REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ALL OWNERS WILL BE ISSUED TWO HANGING TAGS TO HANG FROM THE REAR VIEW MIRROR OR A TICKET FROM OUR PARKING MACHINE TO PARK ON HPS PROPERTY. ONLY OWNERS’ PARKING TAGS CAN BE USED BY OWNERS, AND CANNOT BE USED BY RENTERS OR VISITORS. GUESTS AND VISITORS OF OWNERS WILL OBTAIN FREE PARKING PERMITS FROM THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (2B) DURING THE HOURS OF 9:00AM TO 5:00PM. AFTER OFFICE HOURS PARKING PERMITS HAVE TO BE OBTAINED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ONLY OWNERS MAY PROCURE ADDITIONAL PLASTIC GREEN OWNERS PARKING PASSES (IN THE HPS OFFICE). THERE WILL BE A $ 25.00 CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL OWNERS PARKING PASSES ISSUED TO UNIT OWNERS.
ALL CARS MUST HAVE A HANGING TAG OR PURCHASED TICKET
ALL RENTERS & GUESTS OF RENTERS VEHICLES WILL BE CHARGED A PARKING FEE FOR PARKING AT HIGH POINT SOUTH CONDOMINIUM (HPS). THIS FEE WILL BE TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($ 25.00) FOR EACH VEHICLE DURING OUR SUMMER SEASON AND CAN BE PURCHASE AT THE TICKET MACHINE LOCATED BY THE HPS NORTH LOBBY ENTRANCE. THE PARKING TICKET MUST BE DISPLAY ON THE FRONT DRIVER’S SIDE DASH BOARD AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE HIGH POINT SOUTH PROPERTY. Failure to display proper ticket may result in fines of an additional daily charged of fifty dollars ($ 50.00) per vehicle, loss of parking privileges and or towing of vehicles.
VISITING DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS
THESE VEHICLES MUST PURCHASE TICKET AT THE TICKET MACHINE LOCATED AT THE LOBBY ENTRANCE.THE PARKING FEE FOR A DAY IS TEN DOLLAR ($10.00) PER VEHICLE. THIS TICKET MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE FRONT DRIVER’S SIDE DASHBOARD AT ALL TIMES.VEHICLE MUST BE OFF-SITE THE SAME DAY. GUESTS OR VISITORS OF AN OWNER ARE FREE TO PARK IF OWNERS IS STAYING IN THEIR RESPECIVE UNITS.
OWNERS’ PETS MUST BE REGISTERED
ALL OWNERS’ PETS MUST BE REGISTERED AT THE HPS OFFICE. ALL VEHICLES AND GUESTS WITH NON REGISTERED PETS WILL BE TURNED AWAY FROM HPS AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK OR STAY AT HIGH POINT SOUTH CONDOMINIUM.
ALL HPS PERSONNEL AND STAFF ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO DEVIATE FROM ANY HPS RULES, FOR ANY REASON.
Owners are reminded that their dogs are required to be registered with management and to wear the HPS tags while in and around the building. Always clean up after your dog and please encourage this practice with all other dog owners you know.
Owner Parking Passes are for owners and immediate family only. Parking revenue is an important part of the HPS Operating Budget, so please refrain from loaning your pass to relatives and friends.
Installation is complete on a new security camera surveillance system at HPS. Cameras are located at several locations around the building, with the central monitoring and recording station located in the Managers unit 2B.
If you are interested in having your old showerheads replaced with a new water saving heads free of charge, please contact the Resident Manager. This is an effort to reduce building-wide water consumption to save money for all unit owners.
